To use the tire changer:
Remove the wheel from the scooter and mount it to the tire changing stand using the axle nut from the scooter.
Securely mount the stand to your table or workbench using a clamp.
Break the bead, which can be done using a bead breaker tool or placing the edge of the tire changer between the edge of the rim and the tire, and twisting the tire changer like a screwdriver.
Separate the beads from the tire by lubricating the tire with soapy water and placing the thinner, chamfered end of the tire changer between the wheel and the tire and prying it off. Place the rounded cutout on the tire changer onto the axle, and rotate the tire changer tool to remove the first bead. Do the same with the second bead.
Attach the new tire by lubricating it and pressing the first bead onto the rim. Next, plates the second side of the tire into the drop center into the rim. Then press the seating blocks up against the lip of the wheel, with the round cutouts in the levers around the axle. Then, press both levers outwards in a reverse scissor motion, as shown in the video.
Seat the tire using an air compressor.
